Denham D’Silva
Barossa Valley Brewing:

“I am very excited to inform you of the 1st Beer vs Wine night on August 18th.   Barossa Valley Brewing, and some of The Barossa’s finest wine makers will be matching their favourite beers /wines to a sumptuous 7 course dinner prepared by John Hughes, Tanunda local and recent Masterchef contestant.

Each course will be introduced by the wine maker and brewer who will explain why their beverage is the best choice to complement John’s dish.  After each course, you will vote as to which beverage was the better match.

It will be a great night and an interesting twist on the classic wine dinner, as beer tries to depose wine for domination of the dining table.

Seats are limited and the 1st 15 couples to book get a copy of “He Said Beer, She Said Wine” a $30 value”.

Cost: $85.00 per person.  Includes beer and wine matches.
Start: 7:30pm
Transfers from any Barossa accommodation to the Brasserie and return available from Barossa Reservation Service, 8563 1000.
