Wine Week - Final Episode

Both Danny & Brad at Wine Week have been big supporters of Kalleske and we have really enjoyed watching their show, so it’s sad to hear they have just wrapped up their final Episode, which you can watch below. We were however extremely delighted to get a spot on the table with our Greenock Shiraz as one of their favourite wines they have reviewed on the show - Thanks for your support guys.

We have been getting some great feedback for our new and inaugural 2010 Dodger Tempranillo read below to see what Tony Love has to say about it.

2010 Kalleske Dodger Tempranillo

4 Stars

"From a certified organic and biodynamic producer, this little beauty will work right across the meats board. From white poultry breast to big roast beef, its savoury notes and easy tannins work into a medium bodied-red that suits the season and won't weigh you down".

Kalleske Dodger Tempranillo - Review

Great to see our Dodger Tempranillo and new bottle receiving some praise from Campbell Mattinson at the Wine Front... it's one of our favourite wines to drink at the moment.

90+ POINTS
Single vineyard wine from Kalleske. Biodynamically grown. Comes in a heavy new – but fantastic, to my eye – proprietary bottle.

Reviews by James Keneally

We really appreciate it when people who drink our wine take the time to think about it and let us know their thoughts.

Below are 3 reviews from James Keneally a regular Kalleske drinker - Thanks James.

2010 Kalleske Dodger Tempranillo
Bright dark red colour.  Nose has dark herbal characters with touches of earth, rosemary and dark chocolate.  Plate is firm of tannins, quiet rounded, wrapped around dark herbal fruits with some cherry overtones. With some time in the glass, the palate evolved into attractive black olives splayed over the pip of a green olive adding lovely complexity.  A structure that was fine driven by lean acidity that balanced out a long finish.
